BARA-KADE SCW 502 is a finely ground, treated Wyoming sodium bentonite. BARA-KADE SCW 502 bentonite slurry exhibits desirable fluid properties including density, viscosity, gel strength (suspension), fluid loss control (impermeability) and shear thinning characteristics which are most suitable for use in slurry trenching applications. BARA-KADE SCW 502 can also be incorporated with cement as cementbentonite slurry. BARA-KADE SCW 502 can be blended with local soil as well as cement to form soil-bentonite backfill and soil-bentonite-cement backfill with low hydraulic conductivity.
