SupaVac™ SV400 Cuttings Collection and Pumping System
Simple and safe bulk transfer of drill cuttings and other oilfield wastes
The transfer of cuttings from an offshore/onshore location is automated with the SupaVac 400 cuttings collection and pumping system. The system pneumatically conveys materials such as drill cuttings, tank bottoms, heavy crude sludge and sand slurries to any location on the rig site, or to Halliburton's Honey Comb Bottom™ tanks on a boat for ship to shore transfer. It is applicable for all types of contaminated cuttings, both wet and dry.
This robust system is designed to operate in hazardous locations, safely collecting and pumping materials. Because it is air-operated, the SupaVac 400 is intrinsically safe, significantly reducing risk at the rigsite. Cuttings move through the system entirely enclosed, eliminating the risk of spills and ensuring minimal NPT.
Easily installed on any rig location, offshore or onshore
SupaVac SV400 unit is the most compact and versatile air-operated vacuum/blower unit in the oil industry. The unit is highly portable and can be installed anywhere on the rig without modifications. To introduce feed the unit can operate on suction mode or be gravity fed like traditional vacuum blowers.
