VITIBEN is a wine, juice and beverage clarifying agent that produces superior clarity and heat stability.  VITIBEN is designed to “fine” or remove undesirable compounds from wine and juice including phenolics, proteins, and tannins.  If not removed, these natural compounds can cause haze, browning, off-flavors, post bottling settling, and poor shelf life.  VITIBEN absorbs and coagulates these undesirable substances so they can be easily filtered out during fining and clarifying and promotes efficient Lees compaction.  VITIBEN is produced as a quick dispersing, low dust granule.
